COMBAT IN-SiGHT
We are not self proclaimed authorities by any measure, thus the basis for creating a consortium akin to the table of the round, a table of equals, each lending to the other -“Insight”. It is impossible for an individual to be all things at all times. This is the inspiration, being reminded that others gave their lives in the process of this journey to understanding. We are all first indebted to G-d for life, alive by grace, not by one’s will alone. All that we have done has not been us alone, it is those we have learned from, adventured with, combated against and observed.
All men seek some type of recognition and respect in a given area of their lives. Consider too, the unsung heroes of this nation or even our neighborhoods. A majority seek seclusion or avoidance of public places, from a sense of concern, safety and health reasons.
There exist far too many Bruce Leroy’s, Rambo’s, charming sociopaths; self named masters and pathetic sheepskin prostitutes. We do not seek or desire to join those ranks.
The objective is an informed awareness as we are currently at war, and not only a war on terror. There indeed is a war here and in the world against Judeo-Christian faith, beliefs, practices and morals. A war exists against the living G-d, and against principalities. War is being waged against America, freedom, wisdom, truth and even common sense. In all these arenas we need to remain vigil. The war is here, and is not going away anytime soon. Preparedness is always better than post mortem regrets.
If any of the knowledge or contributions being offered can open one eye, we have achieved a much needed task. It is our firm desire to present to you the viable truths attained from the battlefields of the world. We will hunt, train and share all that we can from those who have lived it, and put it into a context that allows it to be trained, drilled and absorbed. Survival is all that we can do, some survive better, and some survive more often, but those who have no such skills survive- ‘not.’
Many who serve this nation will soon find themselves set against the people they sought to protect. The climate is changing, and “We the people” is becoming “We the government.” It is profound and ironic, much like the eastern block soldiers, who one day were being told they were fighting American Imperial expansionism; only to awake the following day a part of it.
The way of combat is death, and those who give themselves to this occupation have decidedly accepted the chosen course. Do not mince words; combat is survival of the highest order and understand that combat deals most certainly with mortality. Combat In-sight™ is about the lessons of survival; be that on the streets, on the beat, at home, work, desolate lands or jungles of foliage or concrete. Combat In-sight™ looks at a world with no guarantees, only a greater chance at living one more day.
The world is being canvassed by marketing! On every corner there are MMA centers, BJJ schools, and combat specialist on the internet. Media is infested with the real, the want to be real and the “Hey, let me get in on the trend.” Seemingly with all the multimedia gurus, there cannot be anymore space for another take on combat arts. Please consider this, of all these multimedia marketing driven campaigns, internet sales and rapidly growing how-to-kill seminars, something may yet be lacking.
Society is dummying down, becoming more idle, soft, spoiled, and self-entitled. We are more self serving, selfish, nihilistic, narcissistic, reductionistic and idolaters. The martial arts world boasts the largest conglomeration of the egotistical, narcissistic and greedy. It is not criminal to survive, or to provide, it is when we separate truth from light. We as the warrior class, fighting class, and the surviving class are the defenders of the weak; and we cannot forget that we live to serve. We are those who do for “Those Who Cannot, Should Not, and Will Not – Send Me (Sua Sponte).”
It is from the forge of overcoming the obstacles of adversity that we survive. It is for these reasons that we will be the last ones standing. Change has come to our beloved country, the Rubicon has been crossed. Patriotic Americans, former Vets, and defenders of the last great republic, our hour is at hand. Raise the Gadsen flag again, and let Benjamin Franklin’s cartoon from the Pennsylvania Gazette, 1754 MAY 09, remind us of the role we play as defenders of peace, freedom and democracy.
